West Ham United are increasingly confident they are going to sign Arnaut Danjuma from Villarreal this summer.

The Guardian claim that there is a growing confident from the London Stadium that they can land the winger.

That said, there has been no agreement on a fee for the wideman, although it is expected that around £34.5 million plus add-ons would be enough.

Personal terms have not been agreed yet either, but it seems that the Hammers are not expecting those to be an issue moving forward either.

Danjuma’s versatility is one of the things which apparently appeals to David Moyes as he looks to add to his ranks this summer.

The Hammers need more attacking depth as they embark on yet another European campaign and they still do not have cover and competition for Michail Antonio.

He did not quite hit the heights in his first spell in England with Bournemouth, but his career has exploded at Villarreal, where he shone in the Champions League.

Liverpool have been linked with a swoop for Danjuma over the course of last season, but now they have signed Darwin Nunez, they do not need another forward.

Manchester United are also said to be keen on the ‘fantastic’ forward, but seem to have other priorities than the man who ripped apart Diogo Dalot at Old Trafford last season.

Other Premier League clubs, such as Tottenham and Newcastle have also been linked, but West Ham seem to be leading the race now and it is all about getting the deal over the line now.
