West Ham are said to be preparing a move for Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo.

According to Claret and Hugh, the Hammers are set to offer £22m in an attempt to take Tosin from west to east London.

He has impressed since joining the Whites from Manchester City, showing signs of potential even during a disastrous season which ended in relegation from the Premier League.

Since then Tosin has been a key player in helping Fulham to the top of the Championship and they are now firmly on course for a return to the top flight at the first time of asking.

The 24-year-old has made 60 league appearances since that move from City, where he was highly rated.

He has formed an excellent partnership with veteran centre-back Tim Ream, keeping Michael Hector and Alfie Mawson out of the side.

Fulham would not want to lose him, but West Ham have been linked Tosin for some time and it appears that boss David Moyes is determined to snap him up.

Claret and Hugh say Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic would also be a target for Moyes if there were any real chance of him being allowed to leave.

Mitrovic has scored 31 goals this season and signed a long-term contract at Craven Cottage during the summer.
