Pep Guardiola: "Even when we don't play well like West Ham, we are able to take the points. You don't always have exceptional games, so try to be solid and take the points." [via @_joebray]

City have the chance to make it 21 wins in a row tomorrow, but Guardiola is conscious of the threat that Wolves pose.
With his side 12 points clear at the top of the table, there will be no resting on laurels as Pep discussed that there is still a lot of football to be played.
Pep also confirmed that his squad is at full strength aside from the absence of Nathan Ake, their £41 million summer signing from Bournemouth.
It is an absence City will barely feel as John Stones and Ruben Dias continue to earn praise for their performances with both scoring in Saturday’s win over West Ham.
PEP 💬 We know exactly the type of game we have to play - to be so intense but be calm. They play with ambition and patience to punish you.

We have to be so clever because the last years have been tough, with the quality of players they have. This year will be no exception.
With his team in such great form and with the Quadruple looking less and less like a pipe dream following each performance, it seems only a matter of time before Pep’s City are considered the very best.
