Juventus have reportedly made Paul Pogba their top summer target and are ready to offer Paulo Dybala to Manchester United as part of the deal.
Pogba rejoined United from the Old Lady for a world record fee of £89million in 2016 but has continually been linked with a return back to Turin.
The Frenchman was rumoured to be keen to leave Old Trafford until recently but is now finding his feet under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The midfielder is forming a potent partnership alongside new signing Bruno Fernandes and the team as a whole is much improved.
Argentina ace Dybala was linked with a move to the Red Devils last summer when it was thought that Juve were trying to move him on.
And Italian publication Tuttosport claim that the Serie A champions are prepared to offer him once again if it helps them get Pogba.
Reports in Italy claim that new Juventus head coach Andrea Pirlo named Dybala as the key departure this summer after along meeting with club chiefs this week.
This is depsite the playmaker recently being crowned 'Serie A MVP' after leading Juventus to yet another Scudetto title.
Signing Pogba would see Pirlo reunited with the midfielder at Juventus after the pair played together for three seasons at the club.
The French international's contract comes to an end at Old Trafford in under 12 months' time and there had previously been rumours that he could be sold in order to recoup the money paid for him.
But he is reportedly now keen to sign a new five-year extension with United with life at the club now improving.
But Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, has repeatedly hinted at a return to Juventus in future.
“Italy is like home for Paul. He would not mind going back to Juve but we will see what will happen,” Raiola said in February.
A swap deal involving Pogba and Dybala would likely end up being the biggest transfer of the summer but could take some time to finalise.
It was rumoured that a major reason why United ending their interest in Dybala last year was because they were put off by the extortionate finances involved in a deal, including issues with his image rights.
