Chelsea want to seal three more signings after completing a deal for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz, according to reports.
The Blues are closing in on Havertz after already bringing Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner to Stamford Bridge this summer.
Frank Lampard wants to add quality to his squad in order to close the gap on Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.
The only stumbling block left before Chelsea seal a deal for Havertz is the asking price Leverkusen are demanding.
Negotiations are ongoing but with the player wanting to leave it is expected an agreement will be reached soon.
After securing Champions League qualification Chelsea will look to make three more signings after bringing Havertz to the club.
Football London claim the first is a new goalkeeper with Lampard not convinced by the world's most expensive shot stopper in Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Manchester United's Dean Henderson, Atletico Madid ace Jan Oblak and Ajax want away star Andre Onana are on Marina Granovskaia's shortlist.
Chelsea also want to add a left-back to their ranks with the futures of Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso uncertain.
Leicester ace Ben Chilwell is the number one target for that position but Nicolas Tagliafico of Ajax and Atalanta's Robin Gosens are backup options.
West Ham's Declan Rice is the third player being looked at with Lampard impressed he can play in midfield or in the heart of Chelsea's defence.
The Hammers are not willing to sell one of their brightest stars though unless they receive a huge bid of around £80m.
And Michael Owen thinks Lampard will demand the cash to strengthen in goal, with Kepa Arrizabalaga having been dropped against Wolves, and at left-back where Ben Chilwell of Leicester is the manager's top target.
"I think to be specific, he'll look at a goalkeeper and a left-back as well," ex-Liverpool and United frontman Owen said on Premier League Productions.
"They're two positions Frank isn't too happy about at the moment. But they've got some exciting players. Pulisic has just come into form and it does take certain players a lot of time.
"There's a lot to be excited about and of course the two signings already are very exciting.
"Watch this space over the summer but it's exciting times for Chelsea fans."
