Tottenham join Inter Milan in race for Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo

According to Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Tottenham and Inter Milan are very interested in Barcelona’s midfield star Arthur Melo.

Tottenham already enquired about the possibility of acquiring the Brazilian, possibly including their midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, in which Barca earlier showed interest, in a swap deal.

Earlier, when Inter Milan had shown interest in the Brazilian, the 23-year-old told Gazzetta dello Sport:

“I appreciate the interest. However, the thoughts I have in my mind right now are only for Barcelona: I feel very good at the club and in the city, and I sincerely continue to see myself dressed in Blaugrana for many years to come.”
