Victor Moses Reportedly set for Inter Milan medical as Chelsea agree deal

Victor Moses looks set to join Inter Milan after the Nerazzurri agreed terms with the player as well Chelsea on Monday.

Inter Milan director Piero Ausilio even confirmed the agreement on Sky Italia, shortly after Frank Lampard also acknowledged in his pre-match press conference that Moses would be shifted from his current loan at Fenerbahce.

"We’ve reached a basic agreement with Chelsea for Victor Moses. We are evaluating the situation, it could be an opportunity, but it’s better to wait before saying more."

The agreement is said to be a 6-month loan with a €10m option to buy, a decent deal for a 29-year-old player who cost just £7m back in 2012 and is now into the final 18 months of his contract.

With terms agreed, the only thing that’s holding back the deal is a successful medical, which is apparently set for Tuesday.

This normally would be just a formality, but with Moses twice missing significant time this season already with a quad injury, Inter are understandably being cautious.

Hopefully for all involved, Moses passes with flying colors.
