Juan Mata admitted he was disappointed to find out he will be out of play for Manchester United second successive game at Burnley

Manchester united midfielder Juan Mata has revealed that he was not happy when he find out he would not be in Manchester United squad for the second successive game at Burnley on Sunday.

Manchester United gained their second Premier League win of the season as a two-goal salvo from Romelu Lukaku gave them a 2-0 victory at Turf Moor.

The Red devil won despite of a red card for Marcus Rashford in the second half following a headbutt on Phil Bardsley, while Paul Pogba saw a penalty saved by Joe Hart. Juan Mata watched the match  with the United supporters, and praised the fans for their passion and energy.

Mata stated on his blog on United’s official website:
As you can all imagine, it was a win that we really needed right before the international break. We had to win to end the bad run of results that we were coming into the weekend with, and that’s what we did.

On a personal level, the afternoon didn’t start so well for me when I found out that I wouldn’t be involved in the game, but two things helped me to feel better about myself, the result and the atmosphere from our fans in the stands.
