Swiss professional footballer Edimilson fernandes has joined Fiorentina on a season-long loan from West Ham.
In 2016, Fernandes joined west ham. Although, he struggled to make an impact in West Ham, he featured 48 times for them in the two seasons, although a good number of those appearances have been from the bench.
Having been brought to the club to improve he attacking rate to their play, he has scored just one goal for West ham, and with the wealth of midfield talent arriving at the London Stadium this summer, a move for the Switzerland international appears to be next step.
West ham manager Pellegrini told the Midfielder, he could leave the club as he looks to go about balancing the books after his large amount of spending in the transfer window.
There appears to be no clause in the loan deal that suggests Fiorentina have to sign the midfielder at the end of his loan spell, so it might be that there remains a future for the Swiss playmaker at the London Stadium.
