AC Milan via their website have announced the signing of Croatia international Mario Mandzukic on a 6 month deal with an option to extend for a year. The striker will arrive on a free transfer after leaving Al Duhail in Qatar in the summer.
The former Juventus, Atlético Madrid and Bayern Munich striker will be a vital addition to the depleted Rossoneri squad adding to the firepower in attack. The striker has chosen to wear the no. 9 jersey.

Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced the signing prior to the club's official announcement last night when he said via Twitter, “Mario Mandzukic has signed his contract, he’s joining AC Milan... so we’ll be in two to scare the opponents!”

Most outlets are confirming that Mandzukic will receive 1.8 million euros for the 6 months but some are stating 1.5 million. The renewal is the summer could be triggered by qualification for the Champions League as well as personal accomplishments.
