Midfielder Christian Pulisic is set to return to the matchday squad having missed the past month through injury.
The American has been restricted to just five appearances so far this season - with only three of those coming in the Premier League.
Boss Frank Lampard confirmed the 22-year-old will be returning for the Bluesat Stamford Bridge this weekend.
"Team news is that we are as we were," he said in his pre-match press conference. "Christian Pulisic is back in, Kai Havertz was getting some minutes the other week.
"To start [Pulisic] is a question. Every player coming back is more difficult to start because of what is going on."
Pulisic is a key player for Lampard's side and has scored 12 goals in 39 games for Chelsea since joining last summer from Borussia Dortmund in a £58m deal.
He has missed the past five matches - all wins - but his return is a timely one with the Blues looking to overtake Tottenham at the top of the Premier League table.
Havertz, the summer signing from Bayer Leverkusen, has four goals in 11 appearances so far this season.
He got the final 15 minutes of the 2-1 midweek win at Rennes in the Champions League as he works his way back to full fitness.
Teenage midfielder Billy Gilmour is likely to remain sidelined as he continues his comeback from injury with outings for the under-23s.
Asked about the tricky selection dilemmas going into the game, Lampard added: "It is difficult but it is probably difficult for Tottenham as well.
"At the moment, I am happy with the level of competition. We come up against a Tottenham team similar to ourselves in depth."
