Liverpool are ready to battle with Premier league rivals in pre-season tour of America this summer

Liverpool are ready to battle with Manchester United and Manchester City in their pre-season tour of America this summer.
Liverpool could face Manchester United in front of 107,000 fans at Michigan Stadium which is the second largest stadium in world sport.

The Premier League rivals faced each other in nearby New York in the summer of 2014 in front of a 50,000 strong crowd at Yankee Stadium.
Michigan is set to host the game against United three days later.
Manchester United met City in the first Manchester derby to be played outside England in 2017 and Barcelona and Real Madrid played in El Clasico in Miami.

Liverpool's first game of the tour will be on July 22 with Nashville in Tennessee the most likely destination and Roma potential opponents, but that is still under discussion.
