Manchester City is preparing to sign the Arsenal forward player  Alexis Sanchez  in the transfer window, according to reports. After failing to sign the Chilean back in August, the attacker could finally be about to make the move to Manchester City this month.
Pep Guardiola was planning to sign the player on a free transfer at the end of the season, City are now believed to be bringing their plans forward.
According to report, the  Pep Guardiola want to sign Sanchez this month due to Gabriel Jesus sustaining knee ligament damage that will keep him on the sidelines for two months. Given the fact Sanchez can also play in the Champions League. Although Arsene Wenger previously said that he will not sell Sanchez in the transfer window, it is now understood that the Gunners will sell at the right price. Manchester City keen to sign their man for £25million, Arsenal are said to want closer to £30m.
They also want the deal done earlier enough in the window so they can bring in a potential replacement by the time the deadline comes around.
